This is what happens in the Assessment

Before the survey

In the initial conversation, we clarify what really matters to you and which particularities need attention. With the booking confirmation, you receive an extensive communication package (DE and EN) with which you can inform the works council and bring the stakeholders on board. We align the survey period with holiday and vacation periods.

After the survey

Within 10 days after the survey has ended, you receive the detailed evaluation. In it, we consider various parameters: How pronounced is ownership in your company at the moment? Where are the mountains, where are the valleys? Where does untapped ownership potential lie? And how does that compare to other companies from your industry?

After the Assessment

The results can be used without time limit. You decide what you do with them, with whom the results are shared and which steps you may want to take to strengthen ownership in the company.

Good to know, however: should you decide to book a workshop or consulting, a special price applies for one calendar year after the evaluation is handed over.
