Consulting

Build the structure, anchor ownership.

Consulting begins where insight turns into work: in the workshop, in targeted support or in ongoing support.

We work together on the structure, so ownership doesn't collapse again once daily business returns.

How deep we go is your decision.

A keynote sets the first impulse. An assessment shows where ownership breaks down.

In consulting, the work begins: for one day, for a specific question or for as long as it takes until the structure holds on its own.

Three ways in. One model behind it.

Three ways to work together

From one focused day to a partnership that lasts.

The depth is tailored to your organization. The model behind it stays the same.

01

Workshop

The workshop turns the Ownership Triangle from a model on a slide into concrete work on your own organization. One focused day, together with the people who actually run into the gaps.

  • 1–2 days
  • 8 to 20 people
  • on site / virtual
02

Targeted support

Right in the middle between long-term, close consulting and a simple workshop: together we work out your goals, review progress at regular intervals, and adjust where needed.

  • [Scope]
  • [Rhythm]
  • [Format]
03

Ongoing support

I stay with your organization through analysis, design, and implementation, until the new structure holds on its own.

  • usually 3 to 12 months
  • on site / hybrid

The workshop in three modules

One day, one team, three structural questions.

Every module works on one pillar of the Ownership Triangle, applied directly to your organization, not to a generic case study.

01

Able to

We separate what looks like a skills problem from what is actually missing authority, information, or resources to act.

  • Design
  • Competence
  • Self-efficacy
02

Safe to

We look at where your organization currently grants people the space to decide, to disagree, or to fail, and where that space quietly closes again.

  • Culture
  • Trust
  • Risk tolerance
03

Want to

We work out where reward, purpose, or genuine interest in the outcome have quietly eroded, and what would have to change structurally for that to come back.

  • Reward
  • Purpose
  • Intrinsic motivation

Every module ends with the same question: what exactly needs to change here, and who takes that on? At the end of the day, you will have not just three insights. You will have a prioritized, structural map, and the first steps have already been set in motion.

Ongoing support: from analysis to implementation

One structure, built in three phases.

Every engagement is tailored to your organization. The path through it stays the same.

01

Analysis

We look together at the actual structure of your organization: where Able to, Safe to, or Want to are missing, and what specifically causes it.

02

Design

The analysis becomes a concept: which structures, processes, and decisions need to change so ownership stops depending on single individuals.

03

Implementation

I stay with the implementation in daily business, for as long as it takes for the new structure to hold on its own.

There's no fixed number of workshops or milestones. The engagement runs as long as the structure needs to become self-sustaining, and ends when it does.

Built on the Ownership Triangle

Every level of consulting runs on the same model that carries Stephanie's keynotes.

Three conditions that all have to be true at the same time, before people take responsibility for anything.

  • Able to
  • Safe to
  • Want to

Who this consulting is for

Built for organizations and teams ready to work on structure, not just on the next project.

  • Organizations in the middle of a larger transformation, a reorganization, a merger, a new operating model
  • Leadership teams that want to keep working on structure after a workshop
  • Companies that want to anchor ownership across several levels, not just in one team
  • Organizations with recurring change projects that finally want a structure that holds instead of another project
  • Teams stuck between more autonomy on paper and less ownership in practice
  • Groups that already ran the Assessment and want to work on the results

Experience that holds

Stephanie Selmer in conversation during a consulting session

More than 15 years of experience in change management in the DACH region, with a client base ranging from mid-sized companies to DAX corporations. The same model stands behind every engagement: the Ownership Triangle, with Able to, Safe to and Want to as the three conditions that carry change, regardless of what kind of transformation is involved.

  • Ongoing support: individually defined with you, usually across 3 to 12 months.
  • Format: on site for workshops and key sessions, hybrid for everything in between.

  • Combinable: works best after the Assessment or as a practical continuation of a Keynote.
